This man totally screwed my Mother’s roof and it’s raining in her house and he refuses to fix it.

We had roof damage after a tornado in December 2023 north of Nashville, Tennessee. Fitz roofing took us through the whole process of assessing our damage, filing our claim, and having our roof installed seamlessly. The supplies were installed less than 24 hours after delivery so we avoided that hassle of having them sit in our driveway for weeks. The whole experience was easier than I could have imagined. I would not pick any other other roofing company. Seth Walters is extremely professional, available and very kind. If we ever have any additional issues in the future, they will be who I choose to go with, without a doubt.

Our experience with Fitz Roofing was very positive. Their team, especially Seth Walters were very professional and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. Seth addressed any questions or concerns we had, in a very timely manner, and was very accommodating to our schedules. I was also very impressed that they were able to replace our roof in just one day. Highly recommend!

They did an EXCELLENT JOB of removing the old roof and replacing a new one!! The person I dealt with was RYAN and he was VERY PERSONABLE and easy to work with and communicate with!! From his inspection of my roof and getting a new roof installed was about 2 weeks whereas I had been trying since March working with another company!! Fitz Roofing is THERE to HELP!! THANK YOU, RYAN for seeing this through!!!
